Inner margin of f. q1 strengthened, but else a very good copy. Modern vellum binding, top edge painted red, title gilt on spine
Note:Scarce, not in Adams, not in auction records. Diomedes Grammaticus was a Latin grammarian who probably lived in the late 4th century AD. His 'Ars Grammatica' was first published in Venice in 1476. In book I he discusses the eight parts of speech; in II the elementary ideas of grammar and of style; in III poetry, quantity, and meters
