The plates are: The Marriage of the King 1625; Hull Summoned by the King 3rd April 1642; The King's Declaration to his Gentry & Army in September 1642; The Revolt of the Fleet; The Battle of Naisby; The King Siezed [sic] by Joyce at Holmby house June the 4th 1647; The King's Escape from Hampton Court 11 Nov, 1647; The Tryal of the King; King Charles taking leave of his Children 29th Jan. 1648/9; The Apotheosis or Death of the King. Each plate with a legend in English and French.
